FOUNDATION AND STRUCTURE:	PARTITION WALLS:
Foundation slab and basement walls in reinforced concrete. Structure of load-bearing concrete block walls. Beam and pot floors in pre-cast concrete.	Interior partition walls of concrete breeze-blocks, finished in smooth plastic paint on both sides. Wet room partition walls tiled in enamelled or porcelain stoneware tiles.
ROOF:	INTERIOR FACINGS:
Sloping roof finished in curved, mixed and/or flat ceramic roofing tiles. Insulation provided by rigid sheets of extruded polystyrene. Waterproofing with PVC and polypropylene geotextile membrane. Gutters and downpipes in galvanised and lacquered folded sheet steel.	In kitchens and bathrooms, tiled in enamelled or porcelain stoneware tiles. Interior walls and ceilings finished in smooth matt plastic paint (colour to be determined). Suspended plaster ceilings in halls and landings, bathrooms and kitchens.
FAÇADE:	INTERIOR CARPENTRY:
Exterior finish with single-coat water-resistant and water-repellent mortar. Walls in concrete blocks bonded with cement-based mortar. Insulation provided by rigid sheets of extruded polystyrene. Interior side lined with Pladur-type plasterboard.	Internal doors in pressed wood, with glass panels in kitchen and hall/landing, all either inward opening or sliding and a fixed top panel up to the ceiling. Wardrobe sliding doors and internal divisions in pressed wood to match that of internal doors.
